About the Role
Reporting to the Manager – SAP Sales and Logistics Team, this position is responsible for the implementation, support and maintenance of the Lead to Cash process from a process, technical and data perspective for an SAP ECC 6.0 environment.This role requires extensive knowledge of the SAP Sales and Logistics modules (SD, PS, MM, CATS, SES, PM and ETM) including leading practices and a good understanding of the integration points to other SAP modules.
At Graham some key responsibilities include:
  • Perform ongoing development and sustainment, including process and system design, configuration, integration testing, user training, and post go-live support of the SAP SD/PS/PM modules in a release-based delivery environment
  • Deliver hands-on day to day SAP production support, including the coordination with team members, external consultants, and SAP OSS
  • Work with key business users to design, configure, and modify SAP to meet business requirements using industry leading practices
  • Develop, implement and coordinate system controls to ensure system integrity and security of data maintained on the SAP ECC and integrated non-SAP systems
  • Create documentation suitable for internal systems control and end users which include functional and technical specifications, methods and procedures, and training materials
  • Prepare test plans and scripts and perform unit, integration, and regression testing
  • Coordinate and drive end-user testing
  • Maintain knowledge of development in SAP’s Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics modules to make recommendations on enhancements to continually improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Sales and Logistic processes
  • Identify business improvement opportunities (including legislative compliance and reporting requirements), define detail requirements and manage deployment into sustainable functional application solutions in partnership with Stakeholders
  • Assist management in planning future business systems improvements
  • Interface with external consultants in support of business systems and applications
  • Follow all policies, procedures, ergonomic standards and safety requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in related field with 7+ years’ experience
  • 5+ years hands-on functional configuration experience:
    • Project Systems
    • Sales Order Management and billing
    • Vendor Management
    • Procuement of goods and services
    • Resources related Billing
    • LEMS management
    • Enterprise Asset Management including equipment rental
    • Capital Asset leasing
    • Plant Maintenance
    • Equipment and Tools Management
  • Minimum two full life cycle implementation experience
  • Functional expert in ECC 6.0 Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics modules
  • SAP certification(s) strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem solving and possible solutions evaluation skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience working on small fast paced project teams
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills in order to manage multiple and diverse projects and priorities concurrently with tight timelines
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels of management
